  • ○ Send or receive funds on behalf of third parties without proper authorization.
  • ○ Conduct transactions related to illegal goods, services, or activities.

● We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Customer Responsibilities

● You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide.
● You must keep your login credentials safe and confidential.
● You must promptly update your personal details if they change (e.g., address, ID renewal).
● You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

4. Transactions

● All transactions are subject to verification, approval, and compliance checks.
● Once confirmed, transactions may not be cancelled or reversed.
● Once a transaction has been processed and funds have been released to the beneficiary’s bank or payment provider, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.
● Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of beneficiary details and for verifying the legitimacy of the recipient before authorizing a transaction.
● We do not guarantee specific delivery times — delays may occur due to correspondent banks, intermediaries, or compliance reviews.
● Exchange rates and fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

5. Fees and Charges

● You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Services as displayed on our portal or communicated before confirmation of a transaction.
● Fees may be updated from time to time and will be posted on our website.

6. AML/CFT Compliance

● We are legally required to verify customer identity, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activity to the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
● By using our Services, you consent to such compliance checks and reporting.
● We may request additional documentation or withhold transactions to comply with regulatory obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

● We will take reasonable measures to ensure the reliability and security of our Services.

● However, we are not liable for any losses, delays, or damages resulting from:

  • ○ Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., network failures, system outages, correspondent bank delays, natural disasters).
  • ○ Errors or omissions in information provided by you.
  • ○ Unauthorized access arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Fraud and Scam Disclaimer: Siammali Remittance is not responsible or liable for any losses suffered by you if you fall victim to fraud, scams, or deceptive practices where you have authorized and instructed the transaction. Funds transferred in accordance with your instructions are considered final and non-refundable once processed. You acknowledge and accept that it is your responsibility to verify the authenticity of any beneficiary or request for funds before authorizing a transaction.

● Our liability for any claim relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount of that transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

● All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with our Services are owned or licensed by the Company.
● You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Termination

● We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you:

  • ○ Breach these Terms,
  • ○ Provide false or misleading information, or
  • ○ Engage in unlawful or suspicious activity.

● You may stop using our Services at any time. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

● These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
● Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.

11. Changes to Terms

● By continuing to use our Services after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
